The 300kg welding positioner is a compact automatic workpiece rotating & tilting device independently developed by Lemar Machinery. It supports 360° infinite rotation and 0-90° electric tilting, perfectly positioning pipe, flange, small tank and pressure vessel workpieces to horizontal/flat welding position.

Stepless speed regulation, stable operation and self-locking tilting structure greatly reduce welder labor intensity, improve circular welding seam forming quality and production efficiency. Widely adopted by steel structure, pressure vessel, pump valve and pipe fabrication factories worldwide.
